Overview

The Gen AI Academy, an initiative by Accenture, is a comprehensive learning platform designed to empower clients with essential AI knowledge and skills, fostering the next generation of AI leaders. More than just a training program, the Academy bridges technical AI expertise with business acumen, equipping organizations with the proficiency needed to harness AI’s transformative potential. As the UI/UX Designer, my role was to create an intuitive, engaging, and interactive digital experience that facilitated learning and made advanced AI concepts accessible to a broad audience.

Challenges

We were given a tight timeline to build and launch the initial platform

• Choosing the right platform for the academy

• Marketing an MVP concept before the product is built?

• Integrating Accenture’s USP to differentiate from competitors offering the same service

• Implementing Accenture’s new RAD brand voice on a limited CMS

Approach

The strategy was to use Lean UX to build an interactive MVP that could be used by the marketing team to get prospective clients. We developed that in tandem with building out our initial offering on Cornerstone’s platform. Customized landing pages were created as a hub to incorporate Accenture’s brand voice more prominently.

Solution

The Gen AI Academy’s final design provided a user-friendly, visually engaging platform that supported both technical and business learning. The modular structure allowed users to easily follow their own pace, with interactive components that brought AI concepts to life. Personalized learning paths guided users through AI skill-building while connecting concepts to real-world business applications. The use of data-driven visuals and intuitive navigation further enriched the experience, helping users progress through the curriculum and apply their knowledge practically.
